Terms and conditions

Booking. A booking is confirmed once you receive our confirmation. Places are limited and allocated in the order they are received.

Refunds. All tickets are non refundable. If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a place at another date or a full refund.

Your own risk. You take part in all Dance Fit Fest activities entirely at your own risk. Please consider your health and fitness level before joining any class, and stop if anything feels wrong.

Under 16s. Under 16s are very welcome and must be accompanied by an adult for the whole event.

Behaviour. We want every floor to feel safe and friendly. We may ask anyone behaving unsafely or disrespectfully to leave without a refund.

Programme changes. Instructors, timings and styles may change. We will always do our best to keep you posted.

Photography. We may take photos and video at events for promotion, on the basis of our legitimate interests. Let a member of the team know if you would rather not appear and we will do our best to keep you out of shot or remove you.

Your data. We handle the details you give us in line with our privacy policy and the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. By booking you confirm the details you give us are accurate, and that where you book for someone else you have their permission to share them.

Payments. Prices include VAT where it applies. Payment is taken at the time of booking through our payment provider.

Liability. You take part at your own risk and you are responsible for anyone you bring with you, including children. Dance Fit Fest is not responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage to belongings at an event, except where the law says we cannot exclude that responsibility, such as death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Changes and law. We may update these terms from time to time and the version on this page applies to your booking. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
